Introduction:
The Application Development team in Pune predominantly supports the International Private Bank business and operations teams situated in UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the latest Avaloq technology and its satellite interfaces to assist Barclays Wealth to expand further into these international areas.
- Will be responsible for the quality of the solutions across multiple software development projects.
- Lead the testing activities including planning and execution.
- Own the testing team’s planning and growth and development.
- Drive the development of automation test pack for the platform.

What will you be doing?
- Rapidly learn the Wealth Management and Investment Banking domain.
- Ability to lead Quality assurance fpr the platform.
- Coaching and support in building out a teams, providing leadership to the test team.

What we’re looking for:

- Masters or Bachelors Degree (preferably in Computer Science/Engineering)
- Experience in owning and delivering quality assurance for IT organisation working in a delivery environment, supporting mission critical complex systems utilizing a large number of technologies Experience in managing and leading large scale IT technology transformation programs.

Skills that will help you in the role
- Test Leadership experience in Private Banking IT delivery programs.
- Good to have working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Service Now and Agile.
- Prior experience on Avaloq
