**Job Description (JD)**:
Atchayam Trust, a growing nonprofit working to rescue and rehabilitate the homeless and vulnerable individuals is looking for a creative and digitally savvy **Digital Campaign Assistant**.

**Key Responsibilities (KRA)**:
**1. Digital Promotion & Social Media**
- Assist in designing and executing digital outreach campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Post regularly across platforms to increase engagement and visibility
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics

**2. Content Writing & Creativity**
- Write clear, concise, and emotional impact-driven content for posts, stories, reels, blogs, and donor newsletters
- Draft volunteer engagement campaigns and awareness messages
- Support website and blog content development

**3. Visual Content Coordination**
- Work with the Media Lead and design team to generate creatives (infographics, posters, thumbnails)
- Brainstorm fresh visual ideas aligned with Atchayam Trust’s mission

**4. Branding & Event Promotion**
- Help promote events such as rescue drives, public awareness campaigns, and facility inaugurations

**Qualifications**:

- **MBA in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Digital Media**:

- 0-2 years of relevant experience (NGO/CSR/digital space preferred)
- Strong English writing & content creation skills (Tamil is a plus)
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, basic video tools
- Creativity, storytelling ability, and a passion for social impact

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
