The Social Media Videographer will be responsible for creating engaging video content for our social media platforms from concept to execution in alignment with the social media team. This role requires a creative individual with strong video production skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and audience preferences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative video concepts that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and execute video content ideas.
- Ensure all video content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in video production.
- Manage video projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work closely with editors to create polished and professional videos ensuring output is as per brief.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate video content into broader marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of video content, making recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study and 4 years of work experience in video/film production as a videographer, with a focus on social content.
- Expert in understanding of using cinematic cameras and Lighting equipment.
- Excellent at multitasking, highly organized, and diligent in managing shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary camera file formats, codecs, and their proper handling in a post-production workflow.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Creative story boarding, script writing and character development skill is a plus.
- Experience in audio post-production (recording, mixing, scoring, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to lead, work effectively within a team and independently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
