**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for multiple healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, doctors, healthcare brands, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Capture high-quality video footage during client shoots, including interviews, testimonials, events, and promotional content.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for various platforms (social media, websites, YouTube, ads, etc.).
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, background music, and sound effects as required.
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style across projects.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and healthcare marketing best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor (experience in healthcare/agency setups preferred).
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording.
- Creative eye for storytelling, framing, and pacing.
- Ability to handle multiple client projects and adapt to varied brand tones.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio of past video work is mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in digital marketing agencies or healthcare-related projects.
- Basic knowledge of photography, graphic design, or animation.
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.) and their video formats.
