**Position**: Telecaller Executive
**Job Location**: Pune, Maharashtra

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads by explaining products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred/Environment Field
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in North Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Bhojpuri, etc.).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and at least one North Indian language.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
