Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Dombivali East

Department: E-Commerce

Reports To: E-Commerce Manager / Senior eCommerce Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listings & Catalog Management:

- Create, update, and maintain product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
- Optimize product listings for SEO to improve visibility and search ranking on eCommerce platforms.

Sales Performance & Strategy:

- Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs, such as sales growth, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and drive traffic to product listings.
- Run promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and price adjustments in coordination with marketing efforts.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.

Stock & Inventory Management:

- Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Regularly monitor stock levels on eCommerce platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely re-stocking of products.

Customer Service & Order Handling:

- Handle customer queries related to orders, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.

Performance Reporting:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and analyze trends and performance.
- Track competitor activity and report on any relevant changes or opportunities.
- Monitor product performance on platforms and suggest improvements.

Platform Management & Integration:

- Ensure smooth operation of eCommerce platforms, including managing payment gateways, product listings, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Work closely with the IT team for seamless integration of stock, order management, and other eCommerce tools.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in eCommerce, preferably with product listing and sales management.

Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and tools.

Solid understanding of SEO, online marketing, and content strategies for eCommerce.

Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.

Experience with eCommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Seller Central, etc.) is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
