Fit On Beatz is a vibrant hub dedicated to promoting health and wellness through dance and fitness programs. We offer a variety of classes, including Zumba, Western Dance, and more. Our mission is to create an energetic and welcoming environment for individuals to pursue their fitness goals while enjoying the art of dance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Relations**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our classes and services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
**Class Schedule Management**:Update and inform customers about class timings, schedules, and any changes.
Ensure that the studio calendar is accurately maintained.
Assist in coordinating with instructors to guarantee a seamless class schedule.
**Studio Maintenance**:Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Support in maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the studio.
Coordinate with cleaning staff and report any maintenance issues promptly.
**Telecalling and Lead Conversion**:Contact leads through telecalling to generate interest in our classes.
Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our studio for Zumba, Western Dance, and other classes.
Follow up with leads, address queries, and convert leads into enrolled customers.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with dance and fitness programs is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
