As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication and coordination between customers and internal teams. Your primary focus will be managing customer scheduling requirements efficiently while serving as a key link between Sales and Customer Success. Additionally, you will oversee the routing of inquiries, issues, and escalations to the appropriate teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule demo, onboarding sessions, and customer support calls.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding scheduling.
- Maintain timely and clear communication with clients regarding their schedules and any changes.
- Collaborate with Sales & Support teams to understand and fulfill client requirements.
- Ensure resource availability for scheduled sessions by liaising with internal teams.
- Address scheduling conflicts efficiently while facilitating smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled sessions.
- Update and manage scheduling tools and CRM systems to reflect current appointments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for scheduling and client communication.
- Other Adhoc activities & tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling, booking and ticketing tools like Zoho/ Freshworks etc. would be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
