As a Payment Collection Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and recovering outstanding payments from clients. Your proactive communication skills, ability to build relationships, and problem-solving abilities will help ensure timely payment collection and maintain positive client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication with Clients**:

- Call clients to remind them of outstanding payments.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during interactions to build rapport and ensure effective communication.
- **Payment Collection**:

- Explain payment details, terms, and due dates.
- Address client queries and concerns regarding payment schedules.
- Ensure timely follow-ups until the payments are received.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Record all call details, including feedback and payment commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of payment status in the system.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for the management on recovery status.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile client accounts.
- Inform clients of any discrepancies or adjustments in their invoices.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to company policies regarding debt recovery practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in telecalling, recovery, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
