**Education**: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.

**Experience**: Minimum 8-12 years

**Industry**: NBFC/BFSI operations, with experience handling multi-branch operations.

**Package**: 8 LPA to 10 LPA

Lead and manage end-to-end operations across all branches of the NBFC, ensuring smooth loan processing, regulatory compliance, standardized documentation, and efficient reporting. The role will drive operational excellence and ensure timely reporting and resolution of issues from all branch locations.

**Strategic & Operational Planning**:

- Design and implement operational policies and SOPs for multi-branch environments.
- Define process benchmarks and performance metrics across regions.
- Drive process automation and operational efficiency initiatives.

**Branch-Level Oversight & Reporting**:

- Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities across all branches.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of operational reports (e.g., disbursement, pending files, overdue reports, KYC gaps) from all branches.
- Conduct regular branch audits and compliance checks.
- Address operational escalations or bottlenecks from branches and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with branch managers to review team productivity, TAT, and compliance levels.

**Loan Processing & Documentation**:

- Oversee centralized or decentralized loan processing functions.
- Ensure uniformity in documentation standards and compliance adherence at all branches.
- Track disbursement accuracy and file movement efficiency.

**Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to RBI and regulatory norms at all branches.
- Maintain operational hygiene including complete file documentation, KYC, and statutory checks.
- Handle internal/external audits with necessary documentation from branches.

**Reporting & MIS**:

- Collect and analyze operational reports from all branches for senior management.
- Generate consolidated MIS for daily/weekly/monthly reviews.
- Present trends, risk flags, and performance summaries across branches.

**Team Management & Training**:

- Lead and mentor branch operations teams.
- Standardize KRAs and conduct performance evaluation.
- Organize regular training and capacity-building for branch ops staff.

**Cross-functional Coordination**:

- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Collections, IT, and Compliance to align operations across branches.
- Act as a bridge between branch teams and central HO functions.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in branch-level operational workflows.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS tools, and core lending systems.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
