**Job Purpose**
To coordinate and oversee branch operations in the manufacturing industry by ensuring smooth execution of sales support, customer service, logistics, and administrative tasks. The Branch Coordinator acts as a link between customers, branch team, factory, and head office to achieve branch targets and ensure operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations & Administration**
- Manage day-to-day branch activities including administration, documentation, and compliance.
- Coordinate with the factory/plant and head office for timely order processing, dispatches, and inventory planning.
- Maintain accurate records of branch activities, reports, and correspondence.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and adherence to company policies.
**2. Sales & Customer Support**
- Provide backend support to the sales team in quotation preparation, order confirmations, and customer communication.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules, product requirements, and after-sales support.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Track sales leads, branch performance, and assist in achieving business targets.
**3. Logistics & Inventory Management**
- Coordinate with factory, transporters, and warehouse for smooth dispatches and deliveries.
- Monitor branch stock, spare parts, and consumables to ensure adequate availability.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock reconciliations, and material movement records.
**4. Team Coordination**
- Support branch staff in daily work and act as a bridge between departments (Sales, Service, Accounts, and Factory).
- Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and branch-level HR documentation.
- Assist in training coordination and induction of new employees at the branch.
**5. Financial & Reporting Support**
- Assist in billing, invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports (sales, dispatch, stock, outstanding payments, etc.).
- Support in monitoring credit limits, outstanding payments, and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and logistics.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Engineering.
- 1-6 years of experience in branch coordination, sales support, or operations within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling logistics, customer support, and inventory management preferred.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
