Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the outside factory planning process, ensuring timely and efficient execution of sourcing activities.
- Develop and implement effective time and action plans (T&A) to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Generate daily reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor cost closure activities to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and cost-effectiveness.
- Take a proactive approach to quality management, working closely with suppliers to maintain and enhance product quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address any issues that may arise during the sourcing process.
- Continuously evaluate suppliers' performance and capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements relevant to the garment sourcing field.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of sourcing strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduation in a relevant field. 4-6 years of experience in garment sourcing within the same industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of garment production processes and materials.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle complex T&A schedules and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Problem-solving orientation with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel around for sourcing activities as required.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
