**What you will be doing?**
- To work closely with tech leads, developers, product managers, and senior management to take a product area, define concepts and thesis and translate from vision to design to execution.
- Understand the business aspect of a problem and translate the same into a design that fits with the intended long-term goals.
- Ensure that your design is not violating the basic principles of product and coherent with the rest of the product.
- Ensure on-time completion of high-level design, various building blocks and detailed design including ensuring the simplest experience for the customer.
- Holding the design end-end and ensuring the development is true to the design.
- Ensure that the critical product issues are brought up early during the cycle, and no surprises at the end.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong experience in designing and building functional and non-functional features that are customer facing.
- Appreciate the underlying challenges of what it means to build a feature that doesn’t require any training and can be used by millions of people.
- Obsessed to building a solution with simplicity, scale, performance, consistency, etc.
- Has good hands-on leading product development teams for delivery of functional and non-functional features.
- Has strong technical background and past programming experience in C/C++, java (or any other language) development, OS concepts, Database and Data Structures.
