**Job description**

We are looking for a dynamic person for Chat Support Executive

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Must be fluent with English communication
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunction
- Educate them about the ongoing offers, deals, products, etc over a chat.
- Should haves good communication skills
- Should have good typing speed

- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
