**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share for FMCG products in the assigned region.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors to drive sales and ensure long-term business growth.
- **Market Analysis**:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- **Sales Forecasting & Reporting**:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities, product availability, and market campaigns.
- **Negotiation & Contract Management**:
Lead negotiations with clients and ensure contracts are in line with company policies, ensuring profitable agreements and customer satisfaction.
- **Training & Development**:
Support and train junior sales team members to foster a high-performance sales culture.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
