**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through customer networking, making market visits, reaching out to existing customers & developing new customer base.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across the region.
- Lead sales activities within your assigned region to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring profitable growth and market share expansion.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations & make product demonstrations.
- Effectively negotiate and close deals. Handle complaints or objections in a professional manner & provide a timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results & enhance sales revenue.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Track the performance of sales representatives and assess their results, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance

**Required Skills**:

- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Well experienced with customer relationship skills.
- Familiarity with sales management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
