**Internship Overview**
We are seeking motivated legal interns to assist in the development of foundational legal documents that support Altibbe’s mission. This is an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in **contract drafting**, **labour law compliance**, **intellectual property rights**, and **emerging legal domains** such as **AI**, **blockchain**, and **data privacy**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft and structure **legal contracts**, including NDAs, licensing agreements, and vendor partnerships.
- Support research and documentation related to **Labour Laws**, **employment contracts**, and internship agreements.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing documents related to **Intellectual Property (IP)** filings and strategy.
- Explore compliance frameworks for **Data Privacy** (including GDPR/DPDP Act).
- Conduct comparative research involving **US legal frameworks** (bonus).
- Contribute to internal legal knowledge systems with a focus on **transparency and regulatory compliance**.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in law (3rd year and above preferred) from reputed Universities.
- Demonstrated interest in **Contracts**, **Labour Law**, **IPR**, or **Technology Law**.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Exposure to or keen interest in **US legal systems**, **data privacy laws**, and **licensing models**.
- Interest or background in **AI and blockchain regulation** is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
