**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Ensure that contracts are compliant with relevant laws and regulations in the Indian ecosystem.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a contract management system to track and monitor contract status and renewals.
- Assist in the review and revision of existing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Support the maintenance and organization of contracts, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible in accordance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies and contract terms and conditions.
- Assist in formulation and implementation of Company policies and procedures
- Assist in conducting internal audits to identify and address process issues to ensure adherence to the agreements, laws and regulations.
- Monitor and track legal and regulatory developments relevant to the organization and provide updates to the team.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and managing legal databases.
- Provide general support to the team in day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (or) currently pursuing such a degree.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience or internship in a legal setting is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
