**Role definition**:
As a collection Exec. your key responsibility will be to maintain and monitor the overdue client data,

**Skills**:

- Clear, polite but assertive communication
- Courteous greetings & closure on telephone calls
- Timely follow ups - punctuality skills
- Rapport building skills
- Remaining calm & composed at all times

**Knowledge**:Basic knowledge of Accounts & Advance Excel (Pivot table/V look up).

**Experience / Segments**:3-5 yrs. as Office-Assistant or Tele caller

**Responsibility & Deliverables**:

- Achieving the Payment collection target every month.
- Maintain cordial communication with all clients.
- Resolve accounts related queries of clients.
- Prepare sales/payment collection report & Proforma Invoices.
- Assist in other frontline office report making.

**Work Timing**:10:30 am to 7.00 pm (Monday-Saturday)

**Reporting to**: The BDM/Sales Head.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nr. Movie Star, Mumbai - 400 104, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
