*Job Title: Collection Agent*

*Job Overview:*

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Collections:*
- Contact customers with pending payments and negotiate payment terms.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions.

2. *Customer Service:*
- Address customer queries and concerns related to payments.
- Provide information about the course and services to assist customers effectively.

3. *Relationship Management:*
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues.

4. *Reporting:*
- Generate regular reports on collection activities and outstanding amounts.
- Provide updates on collection progress to the management team.

5. *Documentation:*
- Ensure all collection activities are documented accurately.
- Prepare reports on the status of pending amounts and collections.

*Qualifications:*
- Minimum of 3-12 months of experience in collections or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
