**Introduction**:
To provide an exceptional level of support to the Cash Equity Sales teams in US & EMEA
What will you be doing?
- Morning Notes - Preparation of Morning Notes and event Deadlines for Sales
- Events Calendar - Taking full ownership of Event Calendar
- Interaction Files - Create detailed reporting around client consumption data
- Contact Updates - Own Client contact database and update it on monthly basis
- Target clients - Create weekly reports for Target Client and own conference request data mining
- Pre-Conference Request/Allocation Files - Work on pre-conference requests and allocations
- Alpha Capture product support & KPIs - Take full ownership of Alpha capture product support and KPIs
- CRM Management - Take appropriate action on CRM activities
- Conference & Analyst marketing - Prepare Marketing Material for Conference and Analyst calls
- Analyse and track ‘Resource consumption vs expected service’ KPI
- Producing account renewal status KPIs
- Maintaining Stocks of interest
- Keeping track of all preview notes published going into quarterly earnings/new year
- Going through released conference schedules for pending meetings & adding color for clients
- Double checking Corp axe reports
**What we’re looking for**:

**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- 1-2 years’ experience in supporting Sales/ Front Office
- Strong understanding of Cash Equity business
- A good understanding of SQL, VBA & excel functionalities
- Comfortable with analysing data, problem solving with data, data analytics, statistics
- Demonstrates initiative and confidence in collaborative team work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Management disciplines
