**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Preparation & Service**:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including signature Asian cocktails and classic beverages.
- Develop an understanding of Asian-inspired flavors and techniques to craft unique and complementary drinks.
- Ensure proper presentation and garnishing of beverages in line with restaurant standards.
- **Customer Engagement & Experience**:

- Greet bar patrons warmly, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
- Provide recommendations for beverages and food pairings, and answer any questions regarding the drinks menu.
- Engage in light conversation, building rapport to encourage repeat visits and enhance the overall guest experience.
- **Bar Operations & Inventory**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels for spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Ensure compliance with all beverage handling and alcohol regulations, including checking customer IDs when necessary.
- **Mixology & Menu Development**:

- Work closely with the restaurant team to develop new drinks that pair well with the pan-Asian cuisine.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, especially those inspired by Asian cultures and ingredients.
- Participate in menu tastings, mixology sessions, and provide input on the drink selection.
- **Cash Handling & Order Management**:

- Accurately record beverage orders, process payments, and manage bar tabs when required.
- Work with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient order delivery to the dining area.
- Follow proper cash handling, POS system usage, and closing procedures.
- **Team Collaboration & Service Excellence**:

- Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively about any guest preferences, special requests, or issues to provide personalized service.
- Participate in training sessions, briefings, and team meetings to stay informed about restaurant offerings, policies, and promotions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous bartending experience, preferably in an Asian cuisine or fine-dining setting.
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic understanding of Asian ingredients and flavor profiles is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
