**Job purpose & background**

CDP is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join CDP in India. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven growing team that engages with listed companies and suppliers in the Asia Pacific on disclosure of climate change, water security, and deforestation-related data. This role will report to the Regional Head of Supply Chain and Reporter Services, APAC (ex-China and Japan), this role is based in New Delhi.

**About CDP**

**Key responsibilities**
- Drive growth of CDP’s membership programs among corporations in the region through active account management and delivery of program benefits
- Support Members to improve the quality of disclosure, and advice on adoption global best practices
- Identify, engage, and convert CDP disclosing company leads to members and secure membership renewal among existing members.
- Organize and deliver workshops, capacity buildings, webinars and others events to support program members in advancing their sustainability strategies
- Support the Supply Chain and Reporter Services team on ad hoc projects and carry out any other work that supports CDP’s operation & International presence, as required

**Required qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2+ years’ full-time work experience in fields relevant to sustainability and climate change
- Good data analytics skills
- Detail-oriented and organized thinker who can juggle multiple, competing priorities
- High accountability, ownership of tasks and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills in Office 365 and internet research
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple departments
- Fluent English required; both verbal and written

**Preferred qualification**
- Experience in sustainability reporting, GHG inventory and climate change
- Good knowledge of local and global sustainability and environmental issues
- Experience in project management and/or sales would be an advantage

This is a full-time WFO role based at CDP's New Delhi office for a fixed term of 1 year (with possibility of renewal basis performance)
