**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team in coordinating client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring high-quality service and timely responses.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and managing the marketing budget.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up communication to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and expand the client base.
- Help prepare tender documents, proposals, and reports for potential clients.
- Monitor and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in coordination with the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a clean driving license for potential client visits.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet weekly goals effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for client site visits.

Job type: Full-time
