We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator** with excellent communication skills and **3-4 years of experience** in sales coordination or inside sales. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with production and logistics, and supporting the sales team. **Technical / Engineering background (Electrical / Electronics)** preferred.

**Sales Coordination & Customer Support**
- Prepare and send **quotations, proforma invoices, and technical offers** in coordination with the sales and technical team.
- Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payment status, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate between **sales, production, and logistics** to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain **accurate records** of inquiries, quotations, and sales orders in **Tally**.
- Support external sales engineers by providing data, documents, and communication updates.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** (English, Hindi and Marathi).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Sound understanding of **electrical panels, pumps, or automation systems** preferred.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, Tally/ERP, and CRM tools**.
- Attention to detail, follow-up skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Experience - 2 to 3 years of experience
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
