**Responsibilities**:

- Develop curriculum and training materials for mobile phone and laptop repair courses.
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom and hands-on workshops.
- Demonstrate proper repair techniques and procedures to students.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students as needed.
- Should have hands on experience in student mobilisation.
- Assess student performance and progress through quizzes, tests, and hands-on evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in mobile and laptop technology.
- Assist with job placement efforts by connecting students with potential employers.
- Maintain a safe and organized training environment.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously improve the training program.**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Science/Electronics/Telecom/IT and other related domains with 2 years’ experience; **OR**
- Graduate in Science/Electronics/Telecom/IT and other related domains with 1 year experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile phone and laptop repair.
- Experience teaching or training others in a classroom or workshop setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Proficiency with relevant software and diagnostic tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
