**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of laptop computers, including both hardware and software issues. Your focus will be on providing cost-effective, high-quality repairs to get our customers' laptops back up and running as quickly as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostic tests to identify hardware and software issues in Gaming laptop
- Requires L1 and L2 level repairing.
- Repair a range of Gaming laptop components, including motherboards, chip level repairings, screens, keyboards, and other internal parts
- Should Have knowledge about Corporate communication and Understanding
- Prioritize repair tasks to ensure timely turnaround for customers
- Provide guidance and recommendations to customers on the most cost-effective repair options
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and service work
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Gaming laptop repair techniques and technologies

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a laptop repair technician or in a similar role
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of laptop, gaming laptops models and brands
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware components
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time constraints
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Certification in laptop repair or electronics/IT preferred
