As we expand our presence in the B2B sector, we are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Onboarding**: Identify and prospect new B2B clients (distributors, retailers, wholesalers) to expand the company’s market reach.
- **Sales Meetings & Negotiation**: Conduct meetings with potential clients, present products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and client retention strategies.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide valuable feedback and stay ahead of market demands.
- **Reporting & Reviews**: Perform regular reviews of client accounts, update the CRM system, and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and any challenges faced.
- **Collections**: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and work closely with the finance team to resolve any outstanding issues.
- **Travel**: Extensive travel within the assigned region is a key requirement for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
