About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major social media platforms

Optimize social media profiles (bio, links, visuals) for maximum visibility and SEO value Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to craft timely and relevant posts

Run campaigns to drive traffic, brand awareness, engagement, and conversions

Collaborate with the content and design teams for creative visuals and copy

Track KPIs (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR) and prepare performance reports

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online community

Stay updated with latest SMO tools, algorithm changes, and best practices

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as an SMO Executive or Social Media Marketer

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics dashboards

Strong creative writing and visual sense

Knowledge of basic SEO, hashtags, and content optimization

In-depth understanding of all major social media channels and trends
