**The Role**

We’re looking for a fast, detail-driven **Intermediate Graphic Designer** to join our HQ Marketing team. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative, data, and growth — working directly with country marketers and performance marketers to ship and iterate on high-performing ad creative at speed.

**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Collaborate daily with Country Marketers and Performance Marketing to create and optimise paid ad creative.
- Use global brand systems to move quickly, while adapting creatively to local needs.
- Collaborate with performance marketers and proactively revise creative to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Use AI tools to streamline design workflows and accelerate asset delivery
- Maintain a high output of creative — fast, but always on-brand and high quality

**What skills and experience are required?**
- 1-3 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced marketing or creative team.
- A portfolio that shows clean, effective digital campaign work — especially paid ads.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- An interest in performance design — you want your work to drive results, not just look good.
- Comfort using AI tools or a strong willingness to adopt them into your workflow.
- Great time management, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
