We are seeking a skilled **Graphic Design Trainer** with real-world **social media agency experience** to deliver **intermediate-level online training**. The trainer will work on an **hourly basis**, using structured **course material** to guide learners in mastering design principles, tools, and practical agency workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live online training sessions for intermediate learners.
- Use **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign** as core teaching tools.
- Integrate **social media design strategies**: reels, post formats, carousels, and branding.
- Deliver pre-defined **course modules** or help customize as needed.
- Provide assignments, creative briefs, and visual examples.
- Give regular feedback and monitor student progress.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in a social media agency).
- Proficient in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Able to train on **branding, typography, layout, and visual composition**.
- Fluent in English; clear communication is a must.
- Ability to manage time-based live sessions and student Q&A.
- Must be able to provide or follow a structured **training curriculum**.

**Compensation**:
**Hourly Basis** - To be discussed based on experience and availability.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week
