Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer (Female) to support our design and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, basic knowledge of design tools, and a passion for visual storytelling. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their design career to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Support in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver engaging visuals.
  • Edit and resize images, create layouts, and prepare files for print or web publishing.
  • Help manage and organize the company's visual asset library.
  • Stay updated with design trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or freelance work also acceptable).
  • Skills:
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other digital design tools is a plus.
  • Strong sense of layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and improve.

Preferred:

  • Female candidates only (as per company's diversity & inclusion policy).
  • Prior experience in [industry – e.g., real estate, retail, fashion, etc.] is a plus.
  • Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
