**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing educational opportunities and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license/registration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior internship or clinical experience (preferred but not required for freshers).
