- Maintain accurate patient records including vitals, treatment plans, and daily progress notes.
- Ensure infection control practices and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Assist in preparing patients for surgeries, procedures, or diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, post-discharge care, and medications.
- Respond to emergencies with calmness, competence, and prompt action.
- Coordinate with doctors, fellow nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes with clear and complete documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment and report hazards immediately.
- Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
