As a UI/UX cum Graphics Designer, you'll design intuitive interfaces for SaaS and ERP platforms, collaborate with teams to align designs with business goals, and stay current with design trends. Your role will include creating wireframes, mockups, and digital marketing visuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for SaaS and ERP platforms.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Design visuals for websites, social media, and marketing materials using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or others.
- Ensure designs align with branding and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet design goals.
- Communicate design concepts effectively.
- Review final designs to ensure they meet usability and quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to enhance user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design, with at least 6 months of experience in ERP and SaaS design; HRMS and other ERP design experience will be prioritized.
- Proficiency in wireframing, Figma, and other design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, IT, or related fields.
