Security Guard/valet

**Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in the dual role of Security Guard cum Valet Driver. This position requires a proactive and customer-oriented professional who can seamlessly handle both security responsibilities and valet services.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Security Duties**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security and safety of clients, employees, and visitors.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any security incidents or alarms.
- Enforce access control policies and procedures, verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide a high level of customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
- Assist clients with information, directions, and other inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Valet Services**:

- Greet clients and guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles.
- Safely and responsibly operate vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Maintain an organized and efficient valet parking area.
- **Traffic Control**:

- Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic in and around the premises as needed.
- Ensure the smooth flow of traffic during peak hours or special events.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security threats.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security-related activities.
- Document any damage to vehicles or property and report to the appropriate authorities.
- **Collaboration with Authorities**:

- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Provide testimony and information in the event of investigations or legal proceedings.
- **Training and Development**:

- Stay informed about security best practices and attend training sessions as required.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in security, valet services, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Security Guard Certification or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
