We need security guards for our firm.

Their primary responsibility involves patrolling and monitoring the premises to discourage criminal activity and maintain a safe environment. They are also responsible for evicting trespassers and ensuring that unauthorized individuals are removed from the property while following legal protocols.

In addition to patrolling, security guards manage access control by overseeing the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to established procedures. They monitor surveillance cameras to detect disruptions or unlawful activities and provide detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that occur during their shift. Additionally, security guards verify the functionality of security systems and operate equipment such as X-ray machines and metal detectors.

Qualifications for this role include being observant, respectful, and maintaining integrity. Effective communication skills are essential, especially when using two-way radios to coordinate with other security personnel.
