BNC is hiring for a well-known educational institute for PAN India locations **(Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Ranchi, Chandigarh)**
- and onboarding experience.
- Communicate with TPO’s, HODs & student coordinators of Colleges and Universities in the
- assigned region.
- Coordinate for campus hiring dates, venue & logistics.
- Coordinate with Campus Team at corporate office for SME interviews and final selection.
- Conduct on/off campus recruitment drive & manage relevant logistics (venue, hotel/guest
- house, travel etc)
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential colleges/universities
- MBA/PGDM with 4-5 Years of experience in Campus Recruitment for Technical/Non-Technical profiles
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and
- ability to meet established deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability of stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS office, power point and data management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 per year
