Job Title: HR Bulk Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist for Paid internship program
Department: Human Resource
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies for bulk hiring.
4. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
5. Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.
Talent Acquisition:
1. Build and maintain talent pipelines.
2. Identify and develop strategic recruitment partnerships.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
4. Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment initiatives.
Process Improvement:
1. Streamline recruitment processes.
2. Implement efficient hiring workflows.
3. Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Campus Management:
1. Collaborate with Placement Coordinators to schedule hiring timeliness
2. Provide recruitment updates and reports.
**Requirements**:
Essential:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in bulk recruitment and talent acquisition.
3. Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment regulations.
Desirable:
1. Recruitment strategy development.
3. Interviewing and assessment.
4. Process improvement.
5. Data analysis and reporting.
6. Stakeholder management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹227,470.10 - ₹979,566.52 per year
