**Key Responsibilities and Job Summary**
- **Student Training & Guidance**:

- Develop and deliver training modules covering communicative English, quantitative aptitude, analytical reasoning, and corporate etiquette.
- Conduct mock interviews, resume workshops, and provide mentorship to prepare students for the recruitment process.
- Assist with summer internship placements and final placements.
- **Program Development & Implementation**:

- Design and implement comprehensive campus placement strategies and initiatives aligned with institutional goals.
- Utilize ready-made training content, such as that from, to ensure effective delivery.
- **Industry Collaboration**:

- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and corporations to secure placement opportunities.
- Facilitate industry interaction sessions, networking events, and provide students with real-world insights.
- **Operations & Feedback**:

- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Maintain records and analyze placement statistics and feedback from recruiters and students to continuously improve the program.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
