**Job Description: Senior Developer / Solution Architect - VMware Workloads on AWS**

**Experience Level**: 8+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Solution Design**: Lead the design of a robust architecture for VMware Workloads on AWS, ensuring compliance with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- ** POC Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute a POC for VMware Workloads on AWS.
- ** Integration**: Develop and implement integrations between VMware and AWS services, ensuring smooth data flow and workload migration.
- ** Automation**: Create scripts and automation tools for provisioning, scaling, and managing VMware workloads on AWS.
- ** Optimization**: Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of VMware workloads hosted on AWS.
- ** Documentation**: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design blueprints, test cases, and user guides.
- ** Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues during the POC and implementation phases.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, NSX, vSAN).
- Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Terraform, CFT etc).
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and workload migration strategies.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect) and VMware Certification are highly preferred.
