Job Details - We are looking for a Process Trainer.

Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session.

Responsibilities - Visit the stores/outlet on a regular basis to design training programs.
- Proven work experience as a Process Trainer.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual training calendar to include scheduled training activities.
- Analyse day to day needs for training in the operations team.
- Structures training plans to meet Sales objectives.
- Supervise the progress made via training programs and collect feedbacks. Requirement
- Qualification - Minimum Any Graduation - Languages - English and Kannada - Experience - Minimum 1-2 year as a trainer.
- Salary - Upto 3.2L + Reimbursement + Mediclaim.
- Compulsorily must have 2 wheeler

**Salary**: ₹250,000.73 - ₹300,000.00 per year
