Location: Noida
**Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 (in-hand)+Incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week
Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor (Inside Sales) to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for selling UG/PG online courses, guiding students to make informed decisions about their education and career. If you have at least 6 months of experience in the EdTech sector, along with strong communication and sales skills, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Understand students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning needs to recommend the best courses.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling, relationship-building, and objection handling.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in a high-paced environment.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 6 months of sales experience in the EdTech industry (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-driven and self-motivated to exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
