**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and build client relationships
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales funnel using CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution delivery
- Lead and mentor sales team (Manager role)
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years (Executive) / 7+ years (Manager) experience in IT sales
- Strong knowledge of Servers, Storage, NAS, and Networking
- Proven track record in closing B2B deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team leadership experience (Manager role)
