Job Description: Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE-3) - Node.js Expert

Position: Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE-3)

Location: Bangalore-Hybrid

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong Node.js expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work on critical features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Development: Build scalable, performant backend services and APIs using Node.js. Implement secure authentication, data handling, and integration with databases.
- Collaboration: Work with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Review code and guide junior engineers.
- Optimization: Address performance bottlenecks, optimize code and database queries for scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:

- Expert in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend frameworks (Express, Koa).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD.
- Experience: 5+ years in backend development with Node.js and familiarity with microservices architecture.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
