**Mission for this Role**:
As a full stack developer (SDE-3) you will develop a feature either independently or with the help of others’.

**Outcome**:

- Manage a small team
- Understand the nuances of AWS for cloud infrastructure (service mesh)
- Estimate timelines for complex features
- Understand and design distributed systems
- Help in hiring and be an ambassador for the company

**Competencies**:
Work experience:

- For SDE 3, about 6-8 years of experience is preferred

**Skills**:

- Proficient in MERN stack
- Can use some sketching tools and express the intention real fast
- Logical thinking + ability to think in frameworks
- Can break complex problems down into simple tasks
- Data Structures and algorithm
- Ability to work with top leadership
- Modesty + humility
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to stay cool and calm in high pressure environments
