**Job Title**: JCB Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate JCB machine for excavation, backfilling, leveling, and loading work as per site requirements.
- Inspect the machine before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the site supervisor.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure safe machine operation at all times.
- Coordinate with the site engineer or supervisor for daily work schedules.
- Maintain logbooks and usage records for the equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid JCB Operator License / Heavy Equipment Operator License.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 year
- Knowledge of basic JCB maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physically fit and able to work in construction environments.
- Responsible and safety-conscious attitude.
