**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the Manitou Backhoe Loader - MBL 745S safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the equipment
- Transport the backhoe loader to the job site and set it up for operation
- Use the backhoe loader to dig, excavate, and move earth, gravel, and other materials
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or trailers using the loader
- Operate other equipment such as bulldozers, skid steers, and excavators as required
- Ensure that the work area is clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a backhoe loader or similar equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
