**Job Title**: Merchant Onboarding Specialist
**Job Summary**:As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist at [Your Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new merchant clients. Your primary responsibility is to guide merchants through the onboarding process, collect necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with our sales, compliance, and customer support teams to provide merchants with the tools and knowledge they need to make the most of our fintech services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Merchant Integration**: Assist new merchants in seamlessly integrating with our fintech platform, including configuring payment processing systems and APIs.
**Documentation Collection**: Review and collect merchant documentation, including business licenses, financial statements, and compliance-related documents. Ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete.
**Due Diligence**: Conduct thorough due diligence on merchants to verify their identity, business legitimacy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that all merchants adhere to financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, and other compliance measures.
**Risk Assessment**: Evaluate the risk associated with onboarding each merchant and develop risk mitigation strategies as needed.
**Client Education**: Provide comprehensive training and educational resources to merchants on how to effectively use our fintech platform and remain compliant with payment processing regulations.
**Account Setup**: Help merchants configure their accounts, set up payment gateways, and implement other necessary integrations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
**Communication**: Maintain transparent and open communication with merchants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly throughout the onboarding process.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain well-organized and accurate records of all merchant information, documentation, and communication to support ongoing compliance and customer support efforts.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
