- Responding to customer inquiries & providing additional information as needed.
- Responsible for preparing accurate and timely price quotations for customers, often involving analysis of costs, materials, and project requirements.
- Managing sales documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Scheduling and managing calendars for the sales team.
- Handling general office tasks and assisting with the coordination of sales events.
